These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ResumePulse AI, a product of Pulse GTM LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Description of Service
ResumePulse AI provides AI-powered resume optimization services. You submit your resume content and, optionally, a target job description, and we use artificial intelligence to rewrite and enhance your resume for improved performance with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Results are delivered to the email address you provide.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use ResumePulse AI. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you submit is accurate and truthful.
3. User Responsibilities
- Submit only resume content that belongs to you or that you have the right to share
- Provide a valid email address to receive your results
- Not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our optimization algorithms or outputs for commercial use
- Not submit content that is obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Starter Plan ($9 one-time): A single, non-recurring charge for one resume optimization. Refunds are available for 24 hours after purchase under the conditions described in Section 5.
Professional Plan ($24/month): A recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription month.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in USD and subject to change with notice.
5. Refund Policy
Starter Plan ($9 one-time): Refund requests must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of the original transaction. After 24 hours, the purchase is considered final and no refunds will be issued. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and may be denied if we determine the service was substantially used (including but not limited to: receipt of the optimized resume, repeat optimization requests, or use of the optimized output).
Professional Plan ($24/month): Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, as described in Section 4. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription month.
To request a refund, contact support within the applicable refund window. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The optimized resume we generate using your content belongs to you. You retain full ownership of your original resume and the optimized output. ResumePulse AI retains ownership of its underlying technology, algorithms, branding, and website content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
ResumePulse AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that use of our service will result in job interviews, offers, or any particular employment outcome.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse GTM LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Third-Party Services
Our service relies on third-party providers including Anthropic (AI processing) and Stripe (payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ResumePulse AI at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
