Does this require IT integration or SSO?
No IT integration required. Students access ResumePulse AI via a unique institutional access code — no SSO, no LMS integration, no new accounts to manage. You share the code, they use it. That's it.
How do students access it?
Students visit resumepulse.ai/optimize-now, enter their institutional access code and their .edu email address, then paste their resume and the job description they're targeting. In 60 seconds they receive an ATS-optimized PDF and Word doc in their inbox.
What if we use more runs than our tier allows?
You'll receive an email alert when you hit 90% of your annual run allocation so you can plan ahead. When you reach your limit, we'll reach out to discuss upgrading your tier or adding an additional run pack. We never cut off access without notice.
Can students use it multiple times?
Yes — each optimization run draws from your institutional allocation regardless of which student uses it. A single student can optimize their resume for different job descriptions as many times as needed, as long as runs remain in your allocation. This is intentional: resume tailoring per job description is the highest-value activity.
Is student data private and secure?
Yes. Resume content is processed in real time and not stored after delivery. We don't build profiles, share data with third parties, or retain personal information. Each optimization is processed and discarded. Student emails are used only to deliver their optimized resume.
What does the output actually look like?
Students receive two files in their inbox: a clean PDF and a Word doc of their ATS-optimized resume. The output includes a before/after ATS score comparison and a list of the specific changes made — keywords added, formatting fixed, and improvements to their bullet points.
